DELIVERY INFORMATION

ALL orders from Bedezired are shipped with tracking.

Royal Mail, is not a FULLY tracked service, it will only update upon delivery.

EvRi (New for 2024) - Is a fully tracked service.

DPD is a fully tracked service (UK  Mainland only). 

Your order may not be premade ready to ship all personalised products including scratch cards may need creating/printing, this can take upto 5 working days - especially in peak periods.

Your order will be processed and dispatched without undue delay, no later than 5 working days after your order has been placed. Via DPD, EvRi or Royal Mail only.

All orders are tracked upon delivery and an email regarding your order will be emailed to you. 

Please allow for up to 10 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order - after email confirming your order has been dispatched . We cannot chase or claim for orders before this time

(5 working days for order to be created plus 10 working days for shipping = MAXIMUM 21 days in total.)

*10 Working days - Monday to Friday and does not include weekends.*

Choosing a faster shipping option won't speed up the initial creation process, which can take up to 5 working days if necessary. Your order will be shipped based on your chosen shipping preferences after the creation period.

The maximum waiting time for order creation is 5 working days, but rest assured, we strive to complete it sooner whenever possible. 

DPD for UK only this does not include Northern Ireland as DPD do not post to BT postcodes. 

Northern Ireland customers please use Royal Mail 1st Class for faster shipping. 

Most wax melts are premade and ready to ship along with any other Home Fragrance products and are usually dispatched within 48 Hours.
